Proposing the sales budget of the area. Encouraging, training and motivating his/her partner distributors. Improving the potential network and negotiating with new distributors. Managing payment collection and risk requests. Cooperating closely with Head Office, Customer Service, Marketing and Administration. Trade marketing actions. Organizing and producing sales information for the area and reporting to Head Office.
