Our client develops, manufactures and distributes inductors and EMC components like chip beads, patented snapferrites, inductors, transformer, shielding material and high frequency ceramic filters. The first priority at our client company is competent consultation of the customers. Specially trained Salesmen support customers worldwide. The key objective is to give added value to the customer. You will be responsible for developing new business on the Australian market place and will be the main contact for new clients in order to expand business in the most successful and efficient way. You will report to Export Manager in Europe who is responsible for new markets. The company is both producer and distributor of its own products. Main Work Tasks You will meet with clients throughout Australia on a personal basis to establish new contacts in the industry and secure new business partnerships. Primarily you will liaise with engineers, purchasing officers and managers. You will create a business strategy and target plan of action to expand onto the market, including target customers and potential regions for business. Develop new business contacts, increase business with active contacts and manage key clients. Ensure that Australian customers receive the best possible service from the support team based in the Europe headquarters. Liaise with product development to ensure that you have a high level of technical knowledge to support customers.
